1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website www.ondspot.biz (the "Site") and booking our mobile detailing services (the "Services"), you, the customer ("you," "your"), agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not access the Site or use our Services.

2. Services Overview

OnDSpot LLC ("OnDSpot," "we," "us," "our") provides premium mobile auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF) installation, window tinting, and headlight restoration services at the customer's specified location in Fresno, Clovis, Sanger, and surrounding areas.

3. Booking & Payment

Quotes

Online prices are starting estimates. A final quote may be provided after a visual vehicle inspection to account for size, condition, and specific needs.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. The price quoted and agreed upon at booking is locked in.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Vehicle Access

You must provide a safe, legal, and accessible parking space with adequate lighting for the duration of the service. The vehicle must be unlocked or keys must be provided.

Personal Belongings

You are responsible for removing all personal valuables from your vehicle prior to our arrival. OnDSpot is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

Vehicle Condition

You warrant that the vehicle is in good mechanical condition, free of fuel or fluid leaks, and safe for our technicians to work on and around.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

6. Limitations of Service & Liability

Paint & Interior Damage

While we exercise the utmost care, OnDSpot is not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint chips, scratches, or imperfections that become more visible after a thorough cleaning.

Ceramic Coating & PPF

These services require proper curing times. You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. The longevity of the coating/film is subject to environmental conditions, driving habits, and maintenance. We warrant our workmanship for a specified period (details provided at time of service), but not the product itself, which is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Act of God/Weather

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

Maximum Liability

In the unlikely event of damage caused by our proven negligence, OnDSpot's total liability will be limited to the total cost of the service provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of OnDSpot LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnDSpot LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and you agree that any legal action will be filed in the courts of Fresno County, California., without regard to its conflict of law principles.
